Jailbreak iOS 7.0.4 / 7 Untethered Using Evasi0n7 [Tutorial]

Before you start the iOS 7/7.0.4 untethered jailbreak, keep in mind the fact that this amazing tool will not work on any other iOS device than the ones that are mentioned above. As a matter of fact, it works only on iOS 7 running-devices and above. Do not forget to backup your device using iCloud or iTunes before you start the process in order to protect your data.

Requirements

  • Install the latest version of iTunes on your desktop computer.
  • Restore to the latest iOS 7.0.4 on your device using the iTunes before running Evasi0n 7. It is recommended not to use the over-the-air feature to upgrade to iOS 7.0.4.
  • Disable the Passcode or Touch ID set on your iOS 7 device. For this, visit the Settings menu, General and tap on the Touch ID & Passcode selection. Here, you can disable or enable both functions.
  • Backup your data in order to protect it in case something happens during the process. For this, you can use iCloud or iTunes

How to Jailbreak iOS 7 / 7.0.4 Using Evasi0n 7

Step 1: Download Evasi0n7 for iOS 7 / 7.0.4 untethered jailbreak for Windows and Mac.

Step 2: After you install Evasion on your PC, connect your iOS 7 device to your desktop computer and launch the jailbreak tool.

Step 3: Click on the Jailbreak Button in the top part of the screen in order to start the process. At this point, the tool will start the jailbreak process, which might take a few moments to be completed. During this time, let the tool do its job.

Step 4: When the process is completed, Evasion will notify you to unlock your device and to tap on the “evasi0n7” app icon on the home screen. In order to continue with the process, you have to tap on the icon while the device is still connected to your computer.

Step 5: Evasion still needs to run a couple of details and information, but when it is done, you will be required to unlock your device once again in order for it to reboot. Now, you will be able to see “Done” on your device’s screen.

Step 6: At this point, you own a brand new jailbroken device with Cydia Store on your iOS 7 device screen. Exit Evasi0n 7, disconnect your device from your computer, and start Cydia Store in order to take advantage of its unlimited benefits.
