There is not that big news that the iOS 6 was released a few months ago. What is new is the fact that this firmware was improved and a new version was released on the market in order to fix all problems and bugs. Along with the release of iOS 6.0.1 firmware, the iOS 6.1 beta 1 was released also. The last version is only for developer use only. In what concerns these two iOS versions, users have nothing to worry. As soon as they were released on the market, developers hurried to develop a jailbreak tool to be capable of jailbreaking these two iOS version.

I am sure that you are all familiar with the famous Dev Team jailbreak tool. Redsnow is a quite popular jailbreak tool and it offers users the possibility to jailbreak their iDevices in a matter of minutes and in a quick way. The latest version released on the market, namely Redsnow 0.9.15b3, covers both of these versions.
Unfortunately, this amazing tool performs only a tethered jailbreak. This means that you need to boot in a jailbreak mode each time you turn off your device. I also want to mention the fact that Redsn0w 0.9.15b3 is available with Windows and Mac support. Therefore, despite the operating system you are running on your computer, you are able to use Redsnow to jailbreak. Jailbreak iOS 6 is designed exclusively for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 4th generation.
